PTK SMP 208 = Pd 819 : Peningkatan Kemandiran Dan Prestasi Belajar Matematika Melalui Strategi Problem Based Learning (PTK pada Siswa Kelas VII Semester Genap SMP Negeri XXX Tahun 2012/2013)

ABSTRAK



Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemandirian dan prestasi belajar matematika bagi siswa kelas VII SMP XXX melalui strategi problem based learning dalam pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Sumber data, guru matematika dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data, observasi, tes, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Keabsahan data dengan observasi terus menerus dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian, menunjukan adanya peningkatan kemandirian dan prestasi belajar matematika. (1) Peningkatan kemandirian matematika , (a) siswa yang mampu menyelesaikan dan bertanggung jawab pada tugas matematika dari kondisi awal 18,42%, siklus I 39,47%, siklus II 65,79%, (b) siswa yang mampu mengatasi masalah (soal) matematika dari kondisi awal 21,05%, siklus I 42,1%, siklus II 63,16%, c) siswa yang percaya pada kemampuan dalam berpendapat dari kondisi awal 2,6%, siklus I 15,79%, siklus II 34,21%, d) siswa yang mampu memperhatikan pelajaran matematika dari kondisi awal 31,58%, siklus I 52,63%, siklus II 84,21%. (2) Peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa pada penelitian dari kondisi awal 21,05%, siklus I 42,10%, Siklus II 71,05%
